SUBCONTRACTING PLAN
Wadi Al-Nisoor Company will self-perform on the majority of the required services. However, where feasible, local vendors and subcontractors will be engaged to support local development. We will employ Tier I and Tier II subcontractors for provision of selected services.
Tier I subcontractors are subcontractors identified and selected during bid proposal development. Tier II subcontractors are service providers selected through a competitive bid process after Contract Award. Tier II subcontractors typically include indirect support for the operations, like off-site medical services to personnel, or transportation services from vendor locations to Wadi Al-Nisoor Company warehouses.
The Terms and Conditions of the subcontracts between Wadi Al-Nisoor Company and its subcontractors will mirror the terms and conditions of the prime contract by which Wadi Al-Nisoor Company must abide. These include:
- Providing quality services and quality management.
- Adhering to health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Providing acceptable employee working and living conditions..
- Adhering to employment terms and labor standards
Our subcontractors, as a recognized extension of our service team, will adhere to the same rigorous controls and procedures as the prime organization. As such, they will be subject to initial briefings and training, and subsequent routine meetings and periodic inspections to assure quality performance and to ensure that best practices are utilized and due diligence is applied in all their operations.
