Our QMS is prevention-based with defined procedures and processes aimed at accomplishing program objectives. Because of strict adherence to our QMS and a corporate focus on continuous improvement, Wadi Al-Nisoor Company has consistently demonstrated the ability to provide quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Quality Management System
Wadi Al-Nisoor Company provides full visibility into our formalized quality program; solicits and documents feedback on contract performance; and ensures quality is embedded into all of our operations worldwide. It reflects our lessons learned and incorporates our innovations to maintain continuity of service. Our goal is to be compliant on day one of the contract, meeting the standards set forth in the SOW, as well as providing processes that guarantee continuous improvement.
