Board of Directors
The board of directors of the company is consisting of the basic members of the company, who have the basic shares in the company and the main duty of the board is summarized by the following:

In this department a group of specialized female engineers in accounting schedules for the projects by using the latest specialized programs in calculating the Bills of quantities and cost and also to provide the technical and engineering department by time schedules to execute projects and the percentage of periodical execution for each project and to coordinate with the owner and the consultant bureau regarding the current changes and its duty as:

The senior chief engineer is the responsible of the Head of the department and the managers of the projects are connected to him.
It is specialized in constructional works such as substructure concrete works, and other super structure and also the surveying works and to fix the gate level of theproject.
is specialized in all constructional and finishing works, forthe required and final face of the project, all aluminum decorations works, all kinds of paints, blacksmithing and carpentry works.
It is specialized in all electrical works inside and outside the project and calculating the loads and distributing them and also the hygienic works and sanitary disposal, heating and air-conditioning works, calculating the capacities according to the areas and spaces found for the project
Public Relations And Trading Department
This department is specialized in coordinating with the governmental departments, commissions and private companies and imports for the sake of facilitating the work of the company department by importing the materials and transporting it to inside the state or its outside, obtaining the best prices and also this department is specialized in the commercial works of the company through importing and exporting materials and equipments which the company contracts with the clients for supplying.
The Legal Department
The legal department is specialized in studying the contracts, and giving remarks and opinions and certifying them, following up its execution and to represent the company before the official and non-official Departments.
Accounts Department And Personnel Affairs
The accounts and Personnel department is specialized in preparing all works of the company and preparing the monthly salaries periodical leaves and coordinating in bringing foreign workmanship and return them to their countries in case of ending the contracts and also the department is specialized in receiving payments and paying the deserves of the sub contractors, the suppliers and importers
Machineries And Machines Department
It is specialized in maintenance and organizing the work of vehicles, equipments and all heavy machines between the projects and all methods and way of transporting and maneuvering it from one site to another
Stores Department
Organize and managing the material and equipments concerning the company, scaffolds, lifts, protection materials and following up its importing in the specified time and to return them to the stores of the company when they are not needed.
Public Health Department
This department is concerning the public health for the workers and to make sure of drinking and residential cleanness, and also to follow up the ordinary and contingent cases for the workers and their rehabilitation for the purpose of their return to work, in addition to following up the security and safety precautions inside the site.
